Are there any age restrictions when ordering online?
We require all customers to be 19 or over when placing an order online. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your government issued photo ID will be required when receiving the package at the time of delivery. ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED BY CANADA POST DUE TO FAILED AGE VERIFICATION WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
 
What payment methods can I use for online orders?
We can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and E-Transfer.  
 
How does local delivery work? (Currently Unavailable)
We are proud to offer same day local delivery in Saskatoon. We deliver between the hours of 1pm-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Our time slots are in 1 hour windows that you can select during the checkout process. Local delivery is $10 for orders $40 or less before taxes, $5 for orders $40 or more before taxes and free for orders $100 or more before taxes. Government-issued photo ID will be required upon delivery to ensure you are 19 years of age or older - NO EXCEPTIONS. We will call you before we dispatch our driver to confirm you are available at the delivery location. If we cannot get in contact with you, we will not dispatch the delivery and you will need to call us (306-979-8273) to arrange for another delivery time slot. Cash upon delivery is not available.
 
What is the standard order fulfillment time?
Generally, your order will be fulfilled in 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that if you order on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or during a stat holiday, there may be a slightly longer delay. Orders that are placed after 3pm will not go out until the next business day.
 
Where will my order ship from?
All orders will be shipped from our store in Saskatoon, SK.
 
How can I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number after your order has been shipped.
 
How is the shipping cost calculated?
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout. It is dependent on the type of shipping, weight, and location. We have $20 flat rate shipping available on orders under $40 before tax, $10 for orders above $40 before tax. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 before tax within Canada only.

Do you offer international shipping?
Due to strict regulations, we can only ship within Canada to select provinces. The Canadian provinces we cannot currently ship to include British Columbia, Quebec, P.E.I., Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
 
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Canada Post for all shipping.
 
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders or payments over the phone. You are welcome to contact us with questions via phone (306-979-8273), e-mail (info@4thand20.store), or Facebook, but we cannot complete the order over the phone.
 
I made a mistake on my order, how can I fix this?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us through E-mail (info@4thand20.store), phone (306-979-8273) or Facebook.
 
What is your return policy?
All electronics, e-cigarettes and herbal vaporizers have a 14 day manufacturer defect warranty. The 14 days will start the day your package is delivered. To return a product, you must have the box and all original contents included, as well as your receipt. You must send us a photo or video of the defect, as best you can, to our E-mail (info@4thand20.store), or Facebook.

You will be responsible for paying shipping to send it back to us. You will not be charged shipping when we send you the replacement product. The replacement product will be shipped back to you once we receive your original defective product.

Please note, this is a manufacturer defect warranty only - NOT a general return policy if you decide to change your mind with the product you’ve purchased.

My order arrived and it was physically damaged. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear this! Please contact us immediately via E-mail (info@4thand20.store) or Facebook if this happens, and we will rectify it. Please send us a photo of the damaged product (broken tank, leaking e-liquid, etc.), and your order number, when you contact us.
