Refund policy

All electronics, e-cigarettes (excluding Disposables) and herbal vaporizers have a 14 day manufacturer defect warranty. Disposables are a final sale product. The 14 days will start the day your package is delivered. To return a product, you must have the box and all original contents included, as well as your receipt. You must send us a photo or video of the defect, as best you can, to our E-mail (info@4thand20.store), or Facebook.

You will be responsible for paying shipping to send it back to us. You will not be charged shipping when we send you the replacement product. The replacement product will be shipped back to you once we receive your original defective product.

Please note, this is a manufacturer defect warranty only - NOT a general return policy if you decide to change your mind with the product you’ve purchased.
